The Oaks for Acorns Mentoring Programme is unique to St Paul’s Collegians, providing Collegian-to-Collegian career guidance.

Inspired by the tall oak trees that once grew on what is now St Paul's, the programme connects experienced Collegians (Oaks) with younger Collegians (Acorns) for support and mentorship.

Whether you’re seeking advice over the phone, a coffee chat, or ongoing mentoring, this programme has something for everyone, with three levels of mentoring available.

1. Once-only advice - quick support through a one-off interaction for:

• CV review or advice
• Interview preparation
• Tertiary paper selection or guidance
• Industry insights and discussions
  This can be done over the phone or via email, depending on your preference

2. Vocational coaching - up to three online or in-person meetings for:

• Business or industry-specific mentoring
• Career advancement strategies
• Tailored advice for navigating your professional paths
  

3. Employment opportunities - hands-on experience with:

• Internships
• Work experience
• Potential pathways for future employment
