St Paul's Bee - Lukeke Design

'St Paul’s Bee'

2021

Glass Cast

The 2021 Year 13 Leavers commissioned Luke Jacomb from Lukeke Design to create a design of 38 glass cast bees for the Lander Centre in acknowledgment of their time at the school.

This display of bees represents the values of the 2021 Year 13 cohort:

  • Kotahitanga (togetherness) - Supporting one another. This helps to create better people and a stronger school  community.
  • Pukumahi (Hardworking) - Working and uplighting each other as a team.
  • Whanaungatanga Pai (positive relationships) - Working together with one another to provide each other with a strong sense of belonging.
  • Ngakau Nui (Passion) - Each individual going about their daily work and school life while demonstrating high levels of enthusiasm.

As a cohort, we want to leave a message and encourage future St Paul’s students to come together and share your workloads.

Location: Lander Centre (Hamilton Campus)
